01 Eligibility and Age Requirement

Access to ah333 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement and is enforced during account registration through identity verification.
• You are a natural person accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an ah333 account suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, another person's gaming activity.

02 Account Registration and KYC

To use ah333, you must register an account using accurate and complete information. You are permitted to hold only one account per person. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

ah333 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has shared their credentials, failed to secure their device, or ignored reasonable security practices.

10 Suspension and Termination

ah333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotions
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion
• Inactivity for an extended period as defined by ah333's internal policy

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a player's breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where termination is not related to a player's breach, ah333 will process a final withdrawal of the verified balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and verification.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting ah333 support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ah333 and its operators, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary participation in gaming or betting activities on the platform
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or expected winnings
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside ah333's reasonable control
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain account security
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers

Nothing in these terms limits ah333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Changes to These Terms

ah333 may update, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
